    The NHS Health Check is a health ‘MOT’ for all *eligible adults in England aged 40-74. It's designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type-2 diabetes or dementia. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing one of these conditions and an NHS Health Check helps find ways to lower this risk. Find out more here.

    Tax–Free Childcare is for working parents with children under 12 (or under 17 if disabled). Through an online account, for every £8 you pay in, the government will add an extra £2. You can receive up to £2,000 per child. This can be used alone, or with 30 hours to pay for any extra hours.
