The building was formerly occupied by Bucks Business First and since their departure the County Council has undertaken refurbishment works and updated the facilities.
The building is designed to be comfortable, flexible and suitable for a wide variety of uses – from small businesses needing a local base, to those seeking to avoid the distractions of working from home or a time-consuming commute. Rooms can be booked for a single day or up to a month’s duration and come complete with refreshment facilities and Wi-Fi access. It is ideally situated next to the new Exchange development, local shops and offices and there are nearby car parks and the bus and train station.
Indemnity insurance will be needed in order to rent a space and bookings are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rooms are available weekdays from 7.30am to 7.00pm.
